The Role – Content and Creative Assets Coordinator
We like to think that we offer our customers “best in class” content for e-tail and superior access to both e-tail content and our creative assets. This helps implementation on product pages and utilization of creative assets which fosters increased product and brand awareness and hence sales. You will “own” our content and asset folders and assure that they are always updated, translated and sorted nicely for easy use. Translations will be done by a translation agency with whom you will also be point of contact.
The Role – Community Management
We are tracking customer reviews with our sales partners; forum mentions as well as comments to our SOME ads. We want to be present and responsive towards people reaching out to us – both with positive and negative response. You will be our spoke person in these touch points, assuring that we are present and relevant in these communities showing that we care about our products and the people using them. The geographical reach of this role very much depends on your language skills and band width.
Qualifications and Skill Requirements
The job is approximately 15-20 hours a week (we can be flexible).You will become part of a highly energetic and fun international team.
The position is located in our office in Frederiksberg.
